Account Set Up
Step 1: Contact our Sales Team
Calling our toll free number will connect you to a call center operator who
will gather your basic contact information.
You will then be transferred to a friendly and experienced sales executive,
whose primary task is to get to know the nature of your business what call
center needs you may have. Because our knowledgeable salesperson will take the
time knowing your business, we will be able to implement customized services
and solutions that would work best for you.
Step 2: Proposal Signing
Once our sales executive has identified your business needs, a written and
detailed proposal outlining suggested services and prices as discussed in your
initial conversation will be sent to you. A partnership between you and
Exceedeon may be created once you are fully satisfied with the account details.
Step 3: Setting up your account
After the initial stages of setting up your account is carried out,
your salesperson will confirm some basic account decisions and handling
details, such as creating your customized greeting and your FAQ section.
After initial information is taken, you will be introduced to your Exceedeon
Client Services Representative, who will remain as your primary contact for the
duration of your account. This is a dedicated executive who fully understands
your account, and will be able to handle any questions or concerns you have at
any time.
During the next few days your client services representative will work on
processing all your information in order to reach your targeted 'Go Live' date.
During this period, technology is set up and tested, specific account
information and customized scripts are implemented, and our Sales and Customer
Service Certified call center agents will be trained on the specifics of your
account.
Step 4: Go Live!
Once you are completely satisfied with your account details you will
have the opportunity to make some test calls. Once completed, your account will
'Go Live"!
Step 5: We deliver results!
Your Exceedeon client services representative will monitor your account closely
to make sure we are always meeting your expectations. If you need to make any
changes to your account at any time, we will implement those changes right
away.
